Enjoy a seven minutes ride with the Gondola, Hafjell´s most exciting ski lift.
The Gondola is the biggest investment through the history of Hafjell and the the installation lifts the resort and the guests to a higher level. The distance is 2470 m and the top station is at Mosetertoppen 781 m.a.s.l where a new restaurant gives you a feeling of welcome to the mountain.

570 vertical metres are at your disposal before you have returned to base. You can traffic the upper mountain by going through the Middle station at 475 m.a.s.l

The ride takes 7 minutes, and the journey is most comfortable where you can entertain yourself by watching the scenic landscape, the river or the skiers underneath. The skis are placed in a holder on the outside of the gondola cabin which seats 8 persons.

For the upcoming season further 20 gondola cabins are added to the cable, increasing the capacity to 2500 person per hour. Thus our guests spend less time spent in lift lines and more time on the slopes.

Hafjell offers a significant number of various summer attractions and activities that cover a full range from child-friendly Hunderfossen-activities to the adrenaline-producing Bob and Luge track.

Through the development of the bike park and the building of the Gondola, Hafjell has turned into a year round resort with a wide specter of summer activities in the lower valley and in higher terrain.
The bike trails are hidden underneath the snow, and as soon as the terrain has dried up, the bikers challenge the same hills as skiers do in wintertime. The Gondola is the portal to the mountain and will be permanently in operation from 7 June through 17 August.
